Super Takumar 50mm f1.4 Lens

Vintage Pentax Super-Takumar 50mm f1.4 prime lens, with original leather case and caps. This lens is known for its tack sharp image reproduction and painting-like background blur (bokeh) thanks to the use of thoriated glass elements, identified by the warm, light yellowing of the glass. This 7 element version was originally offered by Asahi Pentax between 1965 and 1971.

Collector grade, exceptional condition, precision machined construction and fits all M42 screw type mount film cameras. With an adapter, it will work on most modern DSLR, 4/3 and full frame cameras.
