If you need more information on any of our offerings or need to make a return, email us here with the details.  For something else, we can always be reached during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9-5 PST) at 206-898-2129. You can return an item up to 15 days from the day you receive it. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging / shipping boxes. Approved returns or replacements will be issued a return label to be emailed or mailed for the return packaging. 

Please note: We do not have a restock fee on most items. However, return label costs are deducted from your return credit. We will supply the most economical carrier label at our discounted rate. If an item sustains carrier damage during the initial transit, the label cost will be credited back to you upon its approved claim. All vintage camera equipment, electronics and lighting carry a 60 day performance guarantee. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, modification or misuse of the item.
