Returns & Replacements


If you have a change of heart, we offer 15 day returns on most items, returned in the condition received and in the original packaging. Occasionally we may offer specific items that we just can't take back, but they will always be clearly marked in the item's product description.

If you need to return an item, email us here with the details and we'll get it started. For something else, we can be reached during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9-5 PST) at 206-898-2129. Approved returns or replacement will be issued a return label to be emailed or mailed for the return packaging.

Please note: We do not have a restock fee on most items. However, return label costs are deducted from your return credit. We will supply the most economical carrier label at our discounted rate. If an item sustains carrier damage during the initial transit, the label cost will be credited upon its approved claim.
